Clarity that improves how work gets done

Organizations don’t struggle because people don’t care or aren’t capable. They struggle because priorities compete, expectations shift, and leaders are asked to keep things moving without always having a clear picture of what’s getting in the way. I help organizations step back, understand what’s really happening, and move forward with clarity and intention.

What Organizations Are Experiencing

LEADERS OFTEN REACH OUT WHEN THEY'RE SAYING THINGS LIKE...

  • “We’re not on the same page.”

  • “Everyone feels stretched.”

  • “There’s confusion about priorities.”

  • “What we say we value doesn’t always show up in daily work.”

These challenges are common, especially during periods of change, growth, or transition. Left unaddressed, they quietly slow progress, drain energy, and increase the cost of doing business.

My Approach

I COME IN WITH A FRESH SET OF EYES

As a neutral, outside partner, I help leaders and teams pause long enough to see what’s actually happening across the organization. I listen carefully, look for patterns, and help clarify what’s getting in the way of progress.

I don’t lead with pre-packaged solutions. I start by understanding the context, so recommendations are grounded, practical, and aligned with how your organization actually operates.

Start Here: Awareness & Alignment Audit™

Most organizations begin with the Awareness & Alignment Audit™. This consulting engagement gives leadership teams a clear picture of how work, change, and expectations are being experienced across the organization, before decisions are made or new initiatives are introduced.

The Audit help clarity:

  • Where priorities and expectations are breaking down

  • Why people feel overwhelmed or disengaged

  • What’s slowing progress or creating friction

  • Gaps between stated values and day-to-day reality

What you'll receive:

  • A focused discovery process

  • Listening sessions and targeted insights

  • Clear themes and patterns across the organization

  • Practical recommendations leaders can act on

Each engagement is custom-scoped to reflect your organization’s size, goals, and the depth of insight needed.

Most engagements begin at $6,500.

Reduced rates are available for nonprofit and mission-driven organizations.

The Business Impact

At the end of the day, organizations invest in consulting to improve performance and protect results. When leaders have a clearer picture of what’s actually happening:

  • Decisions are made faster and with more confidence

  • Time and resources are focused on the right priorities

  • Fewer initiatives stall or require rework

  • Leaders spend less time managing confusion and friction

Addressing misalignment early helps reduce the hidden costs of disengagement, turnover, and inefficiency, while strengthening the organization’s ability to execute strategy, meet goals, and operate sustainably.

This work helps organizations function better and make smarter use of their time, people, and budget.

What Support is Available after the Awareness & Alignment Audit™

Once clarity exists, support is tailored based on what the organization truly needs. This may include:

- Strategic planning and alignment

- Change management and implementation support

- Leadership development or coaching

- Employee engagement and retention support

- Customer or stakeholder experience consulting

Some organizations discover that a one-time training or workshop is the right next step. Others find that consulting or leadership support will have a greater impact. We determine that together, based on what the Audit reveals.

After an Awareness & Alignment Audit™ what do organizations notice

Organizations often share that:

1. Priorities feel clearer

2. Leadership conversations are more focused

3. Decisions are more productive

4. Tension across teams decreases

5. Work moves forward with greater confidence

Clients frequently say:

“You helped us see what we were missing.”
“You asked the questions no one else was asking.”
