You’ll learn simple, practical tools to calm your mind, manage stress, and feel more present in your daily life. The focus is on skills you can use right away to feel clearer, more grounded, and less reactive.
The program is designed to fit into your life. It requires about 10 minutes a day and can be done at your own pace. The practices are short and realistic, making it easier to stay consistent.
No. Rise Above the Noise is open to anyone. While the program was created by a woman and draws from lived experiences and societal pressures that are commonly faced by women, the tools and practices are universal. Many of the challenges explored such as stress, overwhelm, self-doubt, and mental noise, are experienced by people of all genders.
This program focuses on simple, real-life tools you can use in everyday situations, not just during quiet moments. It’s about learning how to stay calm and grounded while still living your life. You’ll also be introduced to Human Design as a way to better understand your natural rhythms, decision-making style, and energy, allowing you to apply the tools in a way that is most helpful to you.
You don’t need to have it all figured out to start.
