Hey, I'm Megan!

I didn’t start this work to fix people. I started because I know what it’s like to be doing everything “right” on the outside… but feel completely disconnected on the inside.

What I’ve found, again and again, is that most of us don’t need more strategies or shoulds. We need space. Permission. A slower rhythm. Someone to walk with us while we figure out what really matters. That’s what this work is.

Through our work together, clients have been able to:

This program is for anyone who feels overwhelmed, distracted, or mentally exhausted. If your mind feels noisy, you’re constantly thinking about what’s next, or you struggle to slow down, Rise Above the Noise can help.

What will I learn in this program?

You’ll learn simple, practical tools to calm your mind, manage stress, and feel more present in your daily life. The focus is on skills you can use right away to feel clearer, more grounded, and less reactive.

How much time does the program take?

The program is designed to fit into your life. It requires about 10 minutes a day and can be done at your own pace. The practices are short and realistic, making it easier to stay consistent.

Is this program only for women?

No. Rise Above the Noise is open to anyone. While the program was created by a woman and draws from lived experiences and societal pressures that are commonly faced by women, the tools and practices are universal. Many of the challenges explored such as stress, overwhelm, self-doubt, and mental noise, are experienced by people of all genders.

What makes this program different?

This program focuses on simple, real-life tools you can use in everyday situations, not just during quiet moments. It’s about learning how to stay calm and grounded while still living your life. You’ll also be introduced to Human Design as a way to better understand your natural rhythms, decision-making style, and energy, allowing you to apply the tools in a way that is most helpful to you.
