A decision that feels difficult to make
A transition or season of change
Confidence or self-trust
Boundaries or competing priorities
A challenge at work or in life
A goal you'd like to move toward
A patern you keep noticing
Or maybe you can't name it yet. That's okay, too.
Sometimes discovering the question is part of the work.
I believe you are the expert on your own life.
My role as your coach isn't to tell you what to do, hand you an answer, or decide where you should go next.
I'm here to listen, get curious, ask thoughtful questions, reflect what I'm noticing, and create space for you to see things in a way you may not have before.
There is no predetermined path we have to follow.
No judgment about where you are and no agenda for where you should end up.
You decide where we're going. I'm there to help you explore what you find along the way.
Some conversations begin with a very specific challenge or decision. Others begin with, "I'm not exactly sure what I need today."
Both are welcome.
You might leave a conversation with:
A perspective you hadn't considered
Increased self-awareness
More confidence in a decision
A clearer picture of what matters to you
An intentional next step
Or simply more space around something that previously felt heavy
Progress doesn't have to look the same every time.
You get to decide what feels meaningful to you.
Just yourself.
You can absolutely come with a specific topic or goal, but you don't have to. We can begin with whatever feels most present for you and go from there.
No. Coaching is different from consulting or advising.
Rather than giving you my answer, I'll ask questions and create space that helps you uncover your own insights, possibilities, and next steps.
If it feels like you're looking for advice or perspective rather than coaching in a particular moment, we can name that and work through it together.
That's completely welcome.
You don't need to show up with a perfectly articulated coaching goal. Sometimes the first part of our conversation is simply getting curious about what's taking up space for you.
I work with clients in six-session blocks at $200 per 60-minute session ($1,200 total). I’ve found six sessions is often a sweet spot for creating meaningful progress, while still giving you the flexibility to make the experience your own.
How we use those six sessions and how frequently we meet is flexible. We’ll find a rhythm that works for you and what you’re navigating. At the end of the six sessions, we’ll reflect on where you are. If you’d like to continue coaching, we can decide together what makes sense from there.
No. Coaching is not therapy or a substitute for mental health treatment.
Our work is focused on reflection, insight, growth, possibilities, and moving forward. If something comes up that would be better supported by a licensed mental health professional, I'll encourage you to seek that support
